Blaenafon, Taffy Apple 200g

Cheddar blended with a rich Onion Marmalade and Taffy Apple Cider, from Tomos Watkins Brewery in Swansea. It is a savoury medium cheddar. It makes an ideal family teatime treat baked within a Quiche and a onion marmalade topping or base.  The cheese is sealed in a bright yellow wax. Taffy Apple was awarded the gold medal at the International Cheese Awards 2018.
