Snowdonia Cheese, Pickle Power, 200g Truckle

Purple wax coated Mature Cheddar combined with chunks of pickled onion, giving a tangy cheese full of flavour. The cheese has a smooth creamy texture from the cheddar with crunch from the pickled onions. It has a pale creamy yellow appearance with small chopped onion pieces throughout.
