Twelve-month-matured Cheddar meets award-winning single malt whisky, expertly intertwined and sealed in a marmalade-coloured wax. Aged in former bourbon barrels and finished in Madeira casks, this smooth, full-bodied whisky is the perfect match for our irresistibly creamy cheese. The result is a rich and rounded Cheddar with malt whisky notes, a long finish and a hint of caramel.
