Aber Falls Rhubarb & Ginger Gin Liqueur, 20%, 70cl

Sweet rhubarb, with a warmth of ginger.  Hints of citrus and spice, smooth and sweet.  Tangy rhubarb first, then warm, mellow ginger. It’s rich but not too heavy. Light botanical notes from the gin give it a little lift.  Sweet and warming, with ginger lingering pleasantly. The rhubarb leaves a fruity aftertaste.
